I’ve got to be honest, Fish and Chip, My husband and I set an alarm to GO to bed because we can get lost in our books. We are old, and we need to get enough sleep in order to function the next day. So, I can’t remember the last time I stayed up late to read a book!

Fish & Chip, you obviously enjoy chicken. Are you fans of any sweets? We once had a cat (Patches, a gray calico with orange and white markings) who liked dessert. She was caught nibbling on the unfrosted “crust” of a sour cream pound cake (yes, she was on the dining room table).

The 1st thing that draws me to a cover is if a cat 🐈 is waiting for my discovery. Then another pet-dog 🐕 , parrot 🦜, or rabbit 🐇 . Next the cover design showing the setting (beaches are a hit), or a scene (showing the season, an event, or an exterior or interior of a building new to the series). And yes, colors are important (vibrant not a black, dark brown or grey). Your lively, colorful covers are fabulous! 😉❤️
